yes, all of my drawings are done with pencils, i don't really like charcoal - it's messy and i find it hard to work with, except for when you draw studies and quickies

it's good! you just keep on drawing and practicing, in time you'll be improving without even realizing it. the sense of proportion is great, i like the kind of super-hero female stylized body build
there are a ton of brilliant tutorials about pretty much everything you'd like to learn here on dA. if you want to improve shading, i'd recommend one of my favorite artists - `Cataclysm-X she has a number of fantastic tutorials, and also visiting her gallery will be a treat for the eyes
